Ring Resizing: We offer one complimentary ring resize within 12 months of purchase, up to two sizes larger or smaller than the original size. Some designs, including eternity bands and pavé-set rings, cannot be resized due to their construction. If you're unsure whether your ring is eligible, our Customer Care team will be happy to help.

Repairs: If your jewellery ever needs attention, we'll do our best to restore it to its original beauty. If a repair isn't possible and your piece is covered under our 3-year warranty, we'll provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Keep it away from chemicals: Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, lotions, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, and other harsh chemicals, as they can dull the finish over time.

Check it regularly: Inspect your jewellery for loose stones or prongs. If anything feels loose, stop wearing it and contact our customer care team.

Take it off before rough activity: Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or heavy work, and store each piece separately in a safe, dry place to help prevent scratches.

Shipping: All orders are shipped fully insured, so your jewellery arrives safely and securely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey in real time. We remain responsible for your package until it reaches your doorstep — so please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Returns: You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. To start a return, simply contact our Customer Care team; items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, or for pieces made to your specifications — such as personalised engravings or custom ring sizing — the right of withdrawal may not apply. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
